Stable is made by Studio.grane (Ørjan Grane, Steinbakken 93, 8610 Mo i Rana, Norway, studio@grane.app). By playing Stable you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play Stable for your own non-commercial use. Please do not cheat, hack, copy or resell the game, or disturb other players. The game and its graphics, music and code belong to Studio.grane (fonts and some parts are used under their open licences).
Your nickname is shown to other players. It must not:
Offensive names are blocked automatically. We may also remove or change a nickname, remove scores that are not possible to get by playing normally (cheating), or switch off online features for a player who breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell the player why in the game.
Every name on the leaderboards has a report button. You can also email studio@grane.app (in English or Norwegian) with the name, which leaderboard it is on and why it is illegal or breaks these rules. We review every report quickly and without bias, and decide by these terms and the law. If you disagree with a decision, about your own name or one you reported, email us and we look at it again. This email address is also our point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act.
Coins, sunflowers, diamonds, blocks, pets and other items in the game are part of the game. They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money or moved outside the game. Progress can be lost if you reset the game or lose your phone without your restore code.
The game has no real purchases yet. If we add them, they will be made through Google Play or the App Store, with the price shown in your currency including VAT before you buy. Purchases are delivered at once; you will be asked to agree to that, which means the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends when the item is delivered. Your rights if something is faulty are not affected.
We work hard to keep Stable running, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of bugs, and we may change or end features, including the online features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms, for example when new features arrive. We say so in the game's What's new. If you do not agree, you can stop playing and delete your online data in Settings.
Norwegian law applies, but you keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live. Contact us first if something is wrong; we want to sort it out. Consumers in Norway can also get help from Forbrukerrådet.
